As our experience all shock absorbing caster wheels are have spring. So they can protect high precision devices from damage on uneven grounds.

Today we introduce one of our new kind heavy duty caster wheels, we call sandwich caster wheels, Wheel tread and core are made from nylon (PA6) with high elasticity rubber in the center. So make it can absorb variety of impact & absorber the Shocking.

Compare with regular shock absorber caster our sandwich caster's price are more competitive, At current our 4 inch Sandwich casters can loading 150kg,and the 5 inch one loading capacity is 200kg.

According to the difference using condition, we can add spun glass to make the wheel much more wear resistance; also can mix flexibilizer to make its suit for +100~ -40 Centi-degree temperature work conditions.
