We choose ABS and Aluminum alloy frame, PA wheel Hub, TPU wheel tread. And totally use 6 pcs precision ball bearings, To make the central locking caster wheel more stable and moving easier. There have two type mounting size,Ø28 and Ø32,and brake angle can be 35°Or 45°.

Minimum shift torque ≦ 5Nm, maximum safe anti-rotation torque ≧ 15 Nm, Load: 110Kg-160Kg / pc..Mainly used for hospital bed casters, medical instruments casters, bariatric bed cater wheels.
