There have many kind of heavy duty caster wheels,As common most people get know the loading capacity from seller or instruction manual.But how to know the caster wheel’s loading capacity?

Today xinchen caster wheels,tell you something about this. From below photos have 3 casters,from Left to Right. Which one can load heavier weight? Obvious the third one can load much more weight,Middle one less,and Left one is smallest.
After you read this you will know the reason. Yes the main portion which can decide if the caster can load how much weight is the ball house. From the photos we can see the fist caster have thinner ball cup and middle have thicker ball cup,And both of them are jointed by rivet only.Compare the middle casters the third casters with a strong screw nut on the rivet. That’s make the rivet can assemble more tight and uneasy to loosen
