Advantage of large caster wheels

       In our daily production and work,we are usually need to use some of  large diameter casters wheels for long distance transport.So what are the  advantage of large caster wheels?

      Generally large caster wheels can load heavier weight than normal  wheels.And the wheels are usually adopt nylon , iron , PU as main  materials.These material are widely used because of their high loads and  wear proof characteristic.

      Wheel width are variety from 30mm to 75mm according to different load  request. Beside of relatively strong wheels, the large casters also need  match welded structure wheel frame.To ensure the overall performance

      Another reason to choose large wheels,because the wheels is more  suitable for rolling on uneven ground.So accommodate outdoor uneven  pavement.Wheel diameter can be from 12 inches to 18 inches.

      Finally , most of large caster wheels are adopt big mounting plate.So  you need leave enough space for the plate at the beginning of design.
