Because in some cases, only three casters are touching the ground at the same time, and one trolley caster is Hanging in the air and has no load bearing, so the total load is divided by three to get the load capacity of each trolley caster.


2. There is also a load margin factor


The total load capacity needs to have a margin coefficient, such as a coefficient of 1.2, which means that under the total load capacity requirement, multiplying by 1.2 is used as the total load capacity, leaving a load of 0.2 as a possible overload situation, but it is not It is said that the overload will be broken to 1.2, but it is only said that it is used under the load multiplied by 1.2, which is usually no problem, and the recommendation is to use it normally according to the normal total load of 1.0.
