We have develop a new model of low noise nature rubber casters for platform trolley. It’s suit for mute and low noise platform trolley cart which used on Office building,library,Hotel,Catering.

Material：Polyamide Bracket with TPR wheel

Wheel：Ø125x32mm

Bearing: Precision mute bearing

Bracket：Mount Plate thickness:8mm,Fork thickness :6mm

Advantage:

Polyamide Bracket Plus TPR wheel and precision ball bearing ensure wheel can running very low noise and smooth.Ensure caster have excellent performance on elastic,wear resistance,no marks and the overall impact resistance of the casters is extremely strong.

Due to full plastic design this wheel won’t rust so that can replace stainless steel casters.Meanwhile with lower cost than stainless steel casters.
